Two ways to arrive
Standard mainland UK delivery is £35 for baskets below £1,000 and free from £1,000 before any discount. Room-of-choice delivery is £95 at any basket value. The selected service is carried consistently from basket to local checkout.
Make space before we arrive
Measure the narrowest door, stair turn and lift opening, including packaging clearance. Product dimensions describe the assembled item, not the delivery carton. Contact the studio for a packing plan before committing to a large piece.
Timing and access
In a connected store, the studio would agree a delivery window after confirming available stock and access. The quantities shown here are demonstration inventory; this preview schedules no delivery and makes no dispatch promise.
Receiving a piece
Check the packaging and item with the delivery team before signing. Keep packaging until you have checked the finish and assembly parts. Report transit damage with clear photographs so the studio can assess the next step.
