Change of mind
For a connected UK store, notify the studio within 14 days after receipt of a standard stock item. Keep the piece unused and protect its original packaging. Arrange a suitable collection rather than sending large furniture unannounced.
Collection and condition
A return collection cost would be quoted before approval and confirmed in writing. The piece must be protected for transit. A deduction may be required for handling beyond what is needed to inspect the item.
Faults and repairs
A fault is different from natural variation in oak, linen or glaze. Share the product reference, a description and photographs. Repair, replacement or refund would be assessed in line with applicable consumer rights.
