Is the stock shown live?
The quantities belong to this local catalogue demonstration. Adding a piece to the basket does not reserve it, and the checkout does not create an order or take payment.
Can I compare finishes?
Yes. Where a piece has more than one listed option, selecting it updates its photograph, SKU, dimensions, guide price and sample stock together. The materials guide explains what to look for when comparing finishes.
How is delivery illustrated?
The basket shows standard delivery and a room-of-choice option in GBP. The same choice and total carry into the checkout preview. A real studio would confirm the route, access, date and final delivery service with you.
What should I measure?
Measure the selected piece, the space around it and the route from the street to the room. Include clear doorway openings, stairs, lifts and turning space. Our measuring article gives a practical sequence.
Does furniture arrive assembled?
Each product lists its own assembly notes. Some pieces arrive assembled; others need legs or a frame fitted. Tall storage and leaning mirrors need a suitable anti-tip fixing. Wall-specific fixings must suit the wall.
Where can I find care advice?
Every product has a practical care note, and the materials guide explains the differences between timber, upholstery, metal and stoneware. Ask before using a cleaning product or adding a new finish.
How do the sample returns work?
The returns page describes the process a furniture studio could use, including checking suitability before a purchase and discussing condition and packaging before collection. This preview does not accept purchases or process returns.
What does the preview save?
Only product SKUs, quantities, wishlist/compare choices and delivery preferences are kept in local browser storage. Checkout addresses, passwords and payment-card details are never stored. Enquiry forms validate locally without sending email.
